For some reason that still leaves a bunch of junk in the boot partition so I have to run the Ubuntu tweak janitor as well. And I've been unable to install anything from software center since it changed to the Gnome store. Sucks. I used this one when rewriting a college website: https://startbootstrap.com/template-overviews/modern-business/ If you need IE support I'd suggest you look into the js packages that make that easy on you. Anyway that should be all you need to get started. Coding with Sublime or Notepad++ will cover your needs. Use a few browsers to preview your work and set up an apache localhost to easily work on it live.
