Yusei > Yugi > Jaden/Judai for me, although I dont dislike any of them. Didnt watch the series beyond that.

I liked Yusei starting off as a more serious, mature protagonist compared to the other two (three with Atem) protagonists of the early series, and that his deck in the first season seemed like something that could actually be realistically run. Yugi kinda was overshadowed by Atem and had to grow out of, Jaden I liked how he wasnt treating matters like srs business at first, and then exploring that mentality being challenged.
