Ran into Sierra today by accident.

Her 10K Sneasel, 7K Sableye and 15K (maybe??) Alakazam vs my Swampert, Metagross and Smack Down/Stone Edge Tyranitar Thought mud shot + hydro cannon would at least charge fast enough to get both shields, but it didnt and Sneasel took out both Swampert and Metagross with each burning one of Sierras shields a piece. Tyranitar came in with a shield left and proceeded to finish Sneasel and then wipe the rest of her team (Alakazam had fire punch). 0 star Sneasel reward

Cause of the guaranteed charged tm drops and increased level 3 raid rate, I've been going out relatively often. Picked up 17 and a Ferroseed since it started, which I'm thrilled with.

I took out Clif first try (super lucky for team match ups though). He had Meowth (almost 4000 cp), Sandslash (12Ks) and Infernape. I went with 3200 CP Metagross, 3400 Kyogre, 2800 Mamoswine.

Metagross died to Meowth burning one of Clifs shields, Kyogre finished off Meowth, burned the second shield against Sandslash and killed it with a low amount of hp left via fast move, and then got the hydro pump off immediately to one shot Infernape.

Though that can play to your advantage sometimes. At least my double ground Rhyperior does alright normally against Raichu, but mud slap and earthquake are slow. Grass knot will certainly kill it faster, but itll recharge a second earthquake immediately and Ill get ahead on damage pace

Id guess less egregious screw up plus doing the right thing. Also, I dont recall exactly, but did Charlie suggest sneaking off to the fizzy drink room, or was it Grandpa Joe? If it was the latter, than you also have a stronger case for him just generally not being a brat compared to the other 4.

My most notable thing of the day was a 14/14/14 Tyranitar with bite crunch from a raid and 2 charged tm drops. 10 shiny Turtwigs and some good IV normal ones, but most importantly was probably close to 200K dust thanks to it being sunny. Got to power up the new TTar to level 30 and still had double what I started the day with.
