definitely doable.

Also, I cannot stress this enough, Brussel Sprouts... fucking amazing, filling and so low in calories.

itz been hard at times, but only cause ill be doing real good and then go through a 5 day period where I'm gaining or just not losing but then it'll start to move again.

we go for walks, not often enough though. But I definitely think it's getting to thenpo8ntbwhere we need to beef up the exercise to at least work off some of the excess flab. I don't need to be hard or have a six pack, but still.

I'm feeling better than I have in a long ass time.

Decreased caloric intake. I'm taking in anywhere from 1500 to 1800 calories a day.

Bowl of cancer causing cheerios for breakfast

light turkey sammich on whichever thin bread type of thing the store has that week, with grapes and wheat thins for lunch. or I'll get a chicken Ceasar salad.

dinner is chicken most nights, Brussel sprouts zucchini broccoli, any of those veg sides are low in calorie. and sometimes a potato product. but I'm not shying away from carbs, well do pasta nights.

No snacking on sweets. although i found these sorbet bars that sre like 50 calories a pop.

No eating after 8pm.

...and am now realizing I need to buy all new clothing because even the shit I've been holding onto for years is now too big to wear.

it was apparently cheaper to be overweight.

(245 to 195 since January 15th, no real exercise, just diet change)

Every game I've played in the last 2-3 years I get dogpiled at the end of d1 and then get nk on n3 or 4.

It's getting to be an exhausting pattern.

but you never get lynched based on history, why so exhausting

I see the merit in lynching knightz. I think he's still just a kid and this game with his brother in it was a weird thing even he wasn't ready to deal with amongst us(the mafia community). I think we leave him be.

I can give myself comfort in lynching wallz, he did feel more familial to me this game which as scum, him knowing town, he definitely would act more like. But I feel like I'm stretching to make that a tell.
