Why? Moldaver worked for companies that were bought by Vault-Tec, it's not like she was working independently and sold her research. It's better with friends, but solo is enjoyable too. All the expansions are free, the season pass rewards are free and earned through gameplay, and at this point there is a metric ton of shit to do for a new player. The community is generally helpful and welcoming. There is a subscription, but it's not necessary if you don't want it. It does give you extra rewards on the season pass, bottomless stash boxes for junk and ammo, and access to private servers, which you can invite friends to. Most of the stuff you can buy with real money is strictly cosmetic, and you can earn ALOT of the shop currency through gameplay. It's built on the Fallout 4 engine, so if you don't like that game you probably won't like this, but i feel it's different enough that it's not a big deal. The map is massive and beautiful and great fun to explore. I'd say if you can get it for cheap or free, definitely give it a shot. --- So! You want to hear a story, eh? |
