Unless I am connected to Wi-Fi, I cannot get access to Google. I will have access to literally every other site / search engine besides Google. This has been going on for about 3 months now. Not sue if it matters but I have an iPhone. This is a problem because Google is obviously the premiere search engine.

Upon looking more closely at that workout, it seems uber intense. 24 200s in one day? There's no way I can do that at even a :34 pace. That double ladder hardcore af too. And 12-18 800s?!

I understand that one must train hard to achieve gains, but these workouts seem way over the top. I was a sprinter in high school and part of college and we never ran this much. I'm not trying to be lazy, I'm simply trying to understand if all this is necessary for a ten minute mile.

3x 8x200 with a 200 jog recovery between each 200. Walk 200 and get water between sets.
How fast should I run the 200s? I will make this my Tuesday workout.

4x200, 2x400, 1x800, 2x400, 4x200 ladder, twice. Jog 400 and rest 3 minutes/get water between sets.
How fast should I run the 200s and 400s? How much rest between reps in each set? As for set rests, am I jogging 400 AND resting three minutes, or is the 400 happening within the 3 minutes? I will make this my Monday workout.

3x 4-6x800, 90 second recoveries between 800s, 5 minute easy jog/water break between sets
Clear. I will make this my Friday workout.

2x Mile time trials, 3 minutes between.
When am I supposed to do this? I like having to days off from running. Also, if I do this, at what pace should my miles be?

I have 200s in there to help my 300m time.

He reads the board and in fact puts on these Contests more as a favor to Board 8 than as something his bosses want him to do (they don't generate much, if any, money for the company).

It was a strange concept for a Contest and matches were in general not as competitive as I would have hoped, but there's no reason to call it an abomination. That's just being rude.

I've talked with SB but I'm not his co-worker so I don't have his schedule on hand to tell you when the next Contest will arrive. Sorry I wasn't able to provide a specific date.

I thought its performance in the last contest was a fluke, but despite SFF in today's poll it is still convincingly winning. Impressive.

Idk man. Obviously I am 100% biased because I never played Presents, but I literally played more hours of WR than any other game. I have regularly been playing that game since I was a child, I would estimate around 1,000 hours. My favorite part about it is the extensive stats that the game logs in the season mode.

Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run is literally in my top ten games. Granted I never played KGJPMB

Today's PotD leaves out my beloved Chrono Trigger.

Hopefully they don't sell out so quickly.

If they must throw in a sports game, Super Punch-Out! would be great. I actually enjoy that game than most other games on the console that aren't RPGs.

I won't be purchasing this as I have all the games anyway, but I think it would be cool if others got to experience these classics.
