long story short my psychiatrist has been prescribing me straterra which is to treat ADHD which I don't have, so I've been taking this medicine for years before find out what it was for. anyways the side effects of that pills accelerate my heart rate to the point that over the years a lump has developed around my heart. I did not know of this lump until I had gone to the emergency room for chest pains and once they ran the necessary tests they found that the culprit was the straterra. over the years I've been fighting against my psychiatrist so he can change this but he adamantly kept saying no, because apparently he thinks he knows my body better than I do. he also prescribed me 200 mg of seroquel which would put me to sleep for two days.

yesterday I went to see him with doctor documentation about my current condition because those heart beats and those two days of sleep weren't normal so instead of taking them out he made them stronger by making the straterra 80 mg and the seroquel 300mg. now if the prior prescription did me like that then how he expect me to get better? If anything that's only making it worse. so I disputed this due to concern about my health and what the director of the clinic I go to did was basically kick me out the clinic and now I have to wait three days for my medical record so I can find another clinic due to not them not wanting to accept that they messed up on their end. also my head doctor told me that I need surgery for the lump and that is a risky one due to where is located.

is there anything I could do to counter this legally or am I royally screwed?

Gamestop is the place to find games that most target and best buy don't carry is a good store in general, but just not the place to sell/trade mom and pops shop pay more for that. my brother got 200 dollars for a slim ps4 he sold while Gamestop only wanted to pay him 100 in cash and 150 in store credit. but overall, the place is good for picking up games.
