Animation is decent enough, but more importantly it actually covers the manga faithfully, unlike the original anime.

Kenshin's voice actor isn't as memorable as the original and somehow some of the humour feels lost or kenshin doesn't feel as interesting, but overall it's good.

and who says that for a lot of people being bad at timekeeping and social situations can't be an actual mental issue? sounds more like you are just dismissing other people's problems, sure some people are going to use mental issues as excuse for things but there's a lot of people that actually have those issues

Everyone has issues, ergo everyone is neurodiverse, ergo neurodivergent has no meaning except a way of othering yourself

Answer the "who is actually neurotypical and what does that even mean" question first.

It might have had some practical application once for people who needed special care or help interacting with society in some way. The purpose being to discrimination for their benefit, not to distinguish them for no reason.

Now though literally every person who is messy and bad at timekeeping or finds some social situations uncomfortable is neurodivergent.
