Well maybe in the pan it's different. When I put it in the ceramic jar I leave it in there for at least 1hr 30min - 2 hours depending on how many pieces. It gets super tender and soaks in the juices. I'll have to get us another one of those.

Its something that can take years to overcome. I've done it but it took me ~6 years to get to where im at now. Years of therapy, medication and constant social interaction. Building up my self confidence was definitely key. I make sure I do something social fairly often as i find it keeps those feelings stifled for the most part.
