I just got the third set of jobs and I'd like to know who the hell decided half the new jobs shouldn't get any new equipment. I wanted to use a Dark Night, Bard and Geomancer. There's no weapons for Dark Knight while Bard and Geomancer can only use early game armor. They were frail enough as White/Black Mages, but they at least didn't get 2 shot in random battles. However, Cid never appears in the game personally That was retconned in in later versions, I believe.
