Hb said SBell rubbed him the wrong way, and when pressed on it basically said he had nothing concrete and it was a "vibe check" thing. When asked for examples of this, he ignored it.

I feel like if you're going to bus you usually commit to it (or at least don't back off immediately), so I think SBell is probably town

yeah so on review, ctes's day 2 is not very good, and the fact that he's STILL fixated on kirby when kirby is beyond obviously not scum with sultan or hb is kind of hard to fathom at this point

Kirby got countered, which makes him a very easy target to latch on to. It's very easy to fake suspicion when there's a valid reason for it. Hb fell into the same trap

It's hinting to look at his role carefully if he dies, nothing more. The fact that he goes into where his vote is I believe is his other hint. But to me it has to be Kirby or Poppy.

He wasn't even voting Poppy yet when he posted that, and that whole paragraph is about Kirby. You say I jump through hoops, you're literally taking the one word from that entire post that is even tangentially related to Poppy.

When has a hider ever hinted at their target by voting them anyway? It makes no sense. Especially one they voiced suspicion of and had as someone they would lynch. You give Corrik a ton of credit and yet you think he couldn't come up with a better hint than that?

This is 100% hinting at voting Kirby. You're so blinded by confirmation bias you're somehow interpreting this as hinting at Poppy (who he wasn't even voting yet)

again, you're ignoring several possible roles/items, like an EK scum can only use after they're down a member, that could be used to prevent that from happening. With only 3 flips there's no way to say an extra N1 kill can't exist. We've had similar roles before, like Scum Lawyer that could only lawyer onto scum, and everyone was so sure scum lawyer couldn't exist that town never lynched him and lost

If i assume Kirby is town, which I did for my list. Sbell and poppy's reactions are downright weird. Poppy is hard to Guage because he is an older player who hasn't played with me or on this board in a long time, which makes him more able to fly under the radar.

Sbell looks like he isn't really giving reads but just basically narrating or bumping along the road.

So unless Kirby and Death are lying together, I do agree that Corrik's most obvious target is Poppy, but it's not as clear as I would've liked, and I agree the thrown suspicion on Poppy today partly feels like confirmation bias. MZero might be right that this is the wrong approach, but I do want to look (or if someone already has, please spare me the time) if Corrik ever suspected Poppy himself, because if he did I'm not feeling the case very much.

It's important for people to realize that going forward. Lea has a death claim if scum. There is zero reason to worry about it now. It's easier to piece Kirby together as town with how the game falls together if he is and reactions, but this game is so outright weird that things can change quickly. People need to look at these things if I die and things go off the handle quickly.

I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything about the setup. I'd rather not talk about it at all! I've seen many towns implode because they got too caught up in trying to meta the setup and forgot to just scumhunt

and I'm not going to try and convince you Poppy is town when the crux of your argument is "Corrik targeted him"
