For the record I like all of them except Ken. Koromaru is a good boy but he's kind of... just a dog. After the initial novelty of a dog party member rubs off he doesn't have much going for him. Mitsuru grew on me with time and was in my main party towards the end with Junpei and Yukari. Akihiko was the opposite where he started out great but got kind of stale with time.

aaaaand game beated. Right around 100 hours. Spoilers below

It was fun! Didn't care for the story and it especially went downhill after you find out Ikutsuki is a villain (shortest villain run ever?). Also they killed off too many characters and it started to lose it's impact. On that note, why did Junpei die from one-shot from Takaya's gun? Why doesn't he just shoot the whole party? I don't really think any of the Persona games have a great story, though. Also, it's weird that Persona started with 3 and there's no Persona 1 or 2. Interesting choice, Atlus!

I do love me some Persona gameplay though and it delivered there. I'm not sure how much I would enjoy the original, but as far as this version specifically, it was a lot of fun. Good characters too, and the soundtrack did pick up later on like you guys said. I managed to max all the S. Links without a guide and feel pretty good about that. They were mostly solid (Magician, Moon, Temperance, and Devil sucked) but I wish I could have bonded with Junpei and Akihiko. On the plus side, I didn't have to hang out with Ken!

Overall I enjoyed my time playing this game and am very satisfied with my purchase

Zzz. You had the early sultan pair day 1. You were setting yourself up to pair with "date-everyone-red" day 2 and now you set yourself up for absolute safety unless Kirby breaks up with you before the 6 hour cutoff. If you're scum I just don't see how you ever get lynched with the ability to hide behind these mechanics.

Tbf I wanted to date red because he stays up late, but I didn't because I didn't want to shelter him. I feel like I've been relatively cooperative given the circumstances!

Like Sultan, Ulti, and Chris. Sultan has been busy defending himself, but didn't make any pushes day 1 or 2 either. Ulti basically just said don't kill Sultan or Ulti. Chris said to lynch me because "I said so" and tried to clear Sultan

I'm not twisting your words, I think you're just misunderstanding me. By pushing a read I mean actually trying to convince people someone is scum or pressuring the player by questioning them on points they made or contradictions you've noticed. Pushing a read is inherently pressuring a play, so if you're saying it's impossible to pressure people, that means it's impossible to push a read

Great questions. I don't think I made my feelings on that quite clear.

Entering this day, I've been very distrustful of Chris and Sultan. Seeing him say that Sultan was town only made me more suspicious, so I didn't trust Sultan to have been telling the truth about being slept with.

Thus, I proposed that someone who everyone says is town pair up with Chris to validate the prosty claim. Because at this point, I was convinced that Sultan and Chris being a scum pair was still a possibility. So I volunteered myself.

After a while, though, I realized that Chris would need to be Godfather Prosty in order for him to be putting up a ruse. While possible, many have pointed out that it seems unlikely and redundant with Vanilla Cop in the picture. Not to mention that such a scum gambit wouldn't be sustainable upon a Sultan scum flip or on future nights, especially when scum has a few mislynches to go before they win.

Seeing as my initial premise for pairing with Chris was silly, I decided he was more than likely town and broke up with him so that he could do whatever he needs to help solve the game. If that means he wants to confirm me as non-moving, then I'm fine with that.

alright that's a fair explanation. I kinda want you two paired up but

it would be cool if there was a role that could force two people to date for a night. Kinda like a mayor in this format I guess.
