I had an electric trimmer that I used but it broke so I took a leap of faith and bought one of those electric razors and I've never used one before. I'm worried I've made a terrible mistake it's like this one https://target.scene7.com/is/image/Target/49102476?wid=488&hei=488&fmt=pjpeg |

MNTwins1991 07/10/18 12:43:07 PM #55 | Yeah Bill Nye is prob better. I imagine the photoshop as decent, but still not very good. And the image quality is lower because it was reposted on tumblr, with the caption "Ok, this is just too epic" as a tumblr caption/headline thing. And the screenshot of the tumblr post is what goes to reddit |

MNTwins1991 07/08/18 11:11:17 PM #29 | that's kind of the fatal flaw of these battle royale games. sometimes you can drop in and instantly get killed by a guy who finds a gun and lands next to you. Other times you can wander around for 25 minutes and have good gear, and then you die. That's mostly my experience because I suck |

MNTwins1991 07/07/18 2:00:24 PM #496 | Dark cloud 2 is so good (you don't need to play the first one, they're basically unrelated) It's one of those games where there's so much content but you can do as much as or as little as you want and the game doesn't punish you for it. Plus it has one of the cooler premises in an RPG. Basically this evil guy from ancient times figured out time travel and went ahead thousands of years and wiped out anyone who would become a threat to him. You go around restoring/ building villages to certain criteria that will be birthplaces of these people that help you eventually beat him |

MNTwins1991 07/07/18 1:07:14 PM #488 | I think it's good. It just takes a little practice and it becomes really easy once you raise your skill and get some gear. I remember reading a blog post or AMA by concerned ape where he addressed all the furious people who hate fishing. He basically said "I like the fishing in the game and it's not gonna change" you tell em CA |

MNTwins1991 07/06/18 11:09:18 PM #466 | My understanding is that with more severe alcoholics, they get a physical dependency and feel more sick if they don't drink, up to the point that the body is so used to alcohol it can go into some kind of withdrawal shock if you just go cold turkey. I sort of learned that when a friend's parent basically died from alcoholism at later middle age. People have different reasons for starting to do it, whether it's self medication or they just like it so much, and then it can lead to physical dependency depending on habits/genes/whatever else. I did the drunk dial thing a while ago, but I it was when I had first started dranxing and it stopped as I got older/got more used to it. Every person is a different kind of "drunk" tho |

MNTwins1991 07/06/18 8:50:13 PM #461 | Like I said, I don't know anything about basketball, but I also had no idea about Lavine's contract situation. I assumed when they made the trade, they'd make sure he's there for a while, on their own terms, like re-signing him before it got to this point. And the trade did and still seemed lopsided in favor of the Tpups. And yes Butler is under contract for another season. I think the general consensus here is that it looks like he will not re-sign here based off the Twolves history and this story from some reporter in chicago who is apparently a shock-jock with a history of bad reporting, but either way it's too early to tell, who said Butler thinks Towns is immature and wants to go sign out east somewhere with Kyrie. Seems like the NBA can be such a reality show some times, if all these reports are to be believed |
Topic | Sports Discussion Topic #178: Simon Belmont Stakes |
MNTwins1991 07/06/18 8:30:33 PM #459 | as you all know I'm not a basketball guy, but this is interesting https://twitter.com/ShamsCharania/status/1015384526418309120 this kind of seems like a lose lose for Chicago. If they don't match, they lose the centerpiece of what they got for the Jimmy Butler trade after Lavine only played like half the season coming off a torn ACL If they match, they way overpay for a player who's coming off an ACL who likes like he'll have a good future, but it's certainly no guarantee |
