Id much rather it be too in my face rather than completely ignored. And it's individual opinion and perspective that determines what's too much or too little. However, you're watching it and I'm not. So, there might be nuances to it that make you feel that way that I'm just not privy to. I live in Michigan, so that racist shit is very much a real thing I've seen in person. Seeing it on tv makes sense to me. Art immitates life.
