Pork chops are legitimately the shittiest cut of pork IMO. 90% of the time they're tough and flavorless, need to be covered in sauce, and are a pain in the ass to eat because of bone and grizzle. Shoulder, butt, flank, etc... are all wayyy way better and have a much better taste. Like, perchetta and pernil barely have any seasoning because the meat itself is so flavorful. Even though there's a few great songs like the battle theme and Dry Dry Desert, most of the songs have these weird, crude instruments that sound like something from a bad early 90s cartoon. I'm sure it's intentional but it sounds bad. Compare to TTYD which has this grand, orchestra-focused sound, or SPM which is very electronica-heavy. | LostForest 01/11/22 5:36:38 PM #67 | I work as a maintenance contractor for a few different landlords, but I'm also a renter for my own apartment, so I see it from both sides. There's a lot of bad landlords, and there's a lot of bad tenants. The difference is that IME, most landlords are bad, whether it be from genuine callousness or from being jaded. But so many are incapable of sympathizing with tenants because they generally don't live in the building they manage. Even if they do try and do the right things, they do it slowly and cheaply. They rarely want to go out of their way to improve QOL for tenants in the long run because it's far easier and more affordable to patch things up as they go along. THAT SAID, a lot of this comes from the fact that yes, there's a ton of shitty tenants out there who make landlords' lives a living hell, which makes it hard to care about all the people living in a property as a whole. I've seen all sorts of horror stories which make me feel bad for the people who contract me. Generally though, I'm still more inclined to side with renters as a rule because they're usually the ones genuinely suffering.
