Kinda missed playing the tabletop game. Last time my friends and I played mighta been toward the end of the 5th or start of the 6th edition. Think the largest I had was maybe a 1,500 - 2,000 point Tyranid army.

That being said, can't say I was content with the cost of the models and the amount of effort to assemble and paint them. Part of me kinda regretted choosing a hoard-like army like the Tyranid instead of something smaller like Space Marines or Tau. Assembling a 10-man unit of Space Marine mighta been much more tolerable compared to assembling a 30-man unit of Hormagaunts.

Granted at least the models are kinda future proofed. I'm glad at least the older metallic models aren't used anymore. I was always concern my Zoanthrope would topple over and crack.

Metal blade was a great part of the game. Finally a weapon that can be used during stages without running out right away. Won't be until mega man x that this comes back (and then never happens again)

Metal blade even has a very subtle disadvantage... you come to a complete stop while shooting it, making it ever so slightly slower than buster.

There are decent mobile games out there, they just cost money up front like regular games.

Some classic rpgs would be nice since mobiles excel at clean fonts.
