And I've seen several genuinely good to great films this year like There Will Be Blood and Unforgiven (coincidentally also WB) among others. I've also seen Joker and the 1978 Superman this year. I might continue my journey through the history of DC Comics on film later this year. --- Why do people act like the left is the party of social justice crusaders? |

The biggest problem with the Trump administration is that he had no goal beyond pleasing the masses, leading to nothing in the way of real direction. It made me retroactively appreciate Bush's presidency because even if I disagreed with his direction for the country, he at least HAD a direction. I basically attribute Trump getting more votes in 2020 to him doing a better job spreading the word than Biden. Biden campaigned like he was depending on Trump's weakness to win which isn't something you should do. The fact it was enough says words about how bad a candidate Trump truly is. Granted the latter was a four-way contest. Having said that I would not be surprised if you were right.
