| Leonhart4 01/13/18 11:42:22 AM #41 | Yeah, 4-4's second trial day is pretty terrible. Feels like Apollo barely does anything, and that's one of the weaknesses of the game. He gets overshadowed by the other characters in his own game. Phoenix is a fully developed character by the end of PW1. By the end of AJ, we know about as much about him as we did when we started. It's unfortunate. Also, you could have kept the Hobonix character and just had him be someone else entirely. I think he's a legitimately fascinating character. I just wish he weren't Phoenix Wright. --- |

| Leonhart4 01/03/18 1:56:48 AM #119 | I watched an episode of the Count of Monte Cristo anime, and it keeps making me laugh at the art style and the changes from the book, but it's in a good way. In the book, Edmond has a servant girl from Eastern Europe, but here, she's an elf girl from eastern space. Also, he doesn't show up in pictures and his voice doesn't come through on recordings. One minor annoyance is that they're inconsistent with the pronunciation of names. Sometimes they use the French one and sometimes they pronounce it like plain English. The most unfortunate one is Valentine, which as a proper name sounds really pretty in French, but it doesn't sound as good with the English pronunciation. It's just a small quibble though. --- |

| Leonhart4 12/30/17 4:17:46 PM #7 | There are a few little things to quibble with, like Apollo's shut down of Blackquill doesn't happen until the climax of day 2 with the revelation that Damian is the Amazing Nine-Tales. It's an A+ moment because of day 1 though. Blackquill dominates day 1 in a way no prosecutor has since 2-4 day 1. He has Apollo on the ropes almost the whole time and he just barely escapes because of his air vent theory that turned out to be 100% completely wrong. I'll go into a few others when I'm not on a phone. --- |
