I just dont click the topics.

Also FD common knowledge where i work but i dont like saying it in public because there are definitely people that monitor all social media(and have been since before todays common applications) and outing where i work publicly puts me at risk for anything i say.

Also i would appreciate not ending day because since day started I've basically been work->sleep->work.

And there is a decent chance i go straight to a nap when i get home later.

I feel like this rule is barely going to be enforced outside of the initial Politics topic purge. Like have any of us gotten modded since this went into effect? I don't get why they even care. How do you inherit something so old (which you didn't even ask for and it just came bundled with the thing that you actually wanted to buy) and your first thought isn't "do the bare minimum required to keep it alive but otherwise don't bother with it"? They don't want to actually do anything new with GameFAQs, this is pointless.

They want to cut whatever they can out of us to minimize risk to the rest of their properties.

gfaqs is actually useful to them because of our longstanding positions with the google algorithm.

Hell even here its "we wont make any changes to a policy we haven't even outlined properly".

One of the things that scares me even more is how vague these rules currently are. GFAQs policy has oddly always been unusually black and white to the point you could understand exactly what wasnt allowed and why.

That it is currently implemented but also vague leads me to believe we are heading to the worst possible interpretations.
