It's crazy. He's 26 years old and he went home Thursday because of presumably a "fever".

Got news today that he passed on Friday.

This hurts, because he was a genuinely, genuinely great dude. Hilarious, too.

I sat next to him in our pre-licensing training, and this was supposed to be our last week of a whole 2-month ordeal, before we hit production. I was interested in seeing where we'd end up as we went further along our careers and I never thought it'd end like this for him. He deserved a hell of a lot better.

Anyways, not to depress anyone, but I felt like I need to get this one out.

I definitely plan on checking it out. I was pretty excited for it when it was coming out, despite not being a Zelda fan.

The only hesitation that I have is a bad track record regarding my enjoyment of the spinoffs. The only spinoff I think I've truly enjoyed was the first Fist of the North Star game.

But from Pirate Warriors to Arslan to even Berserk, which I'm a huge fan of, I just can't commit to them for any significant period of time.

But I definitely plan on picking up both Hyrule Warriors and Fire Emblem Warriors.

And I do believe Samurai Warriors 4 is on the switch in some capacity.

Is it really that simple? That'd be pretty great, if so. You still need to be able to read enough Japanese to navigate the store, of course, but that's hardly the end of the world.

I already own it on the Xbox.

I was thinking about getting a Switch for Smash and was pretty much solidified when I saw the library it had. WO3U was pretty much the game that made me fully committed to getting one.

But even without that, there's still Doom, Mutant League Football, and the other two Warriors games on the Switch.

I also can't seem to find an online retailer that has it.

This is one of my defining purchases for the Switch, so if I can't get it, it's pretty much a dealbreaker for me.

What is a gator basket?

It's just gator. They're pretty much glorified chicken nuggets made out of the tail meat, but it's really damn good. It tastes kind of like chicken but with it's own seafoody sort of tang to it. It also has a slight beefy kind of texture to it.
