A man who was released from jail after an auto theft charge in suburban Tampa, Fla., attempted to steal another car in the jail's parking lot, police said. Problem: There was an off-duty deputy behind the wheel.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday arrested Klaid Karpuzi, 41, of New Port Richey, Fla., and led him right back into the jail building. Local media report that he's charged with a second count of attempted auto theft.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Karpuzi had been arrested two days prior and was being released on $5,000 bail. Police say as he left the jail, he walked around a vehicle parked outside and pulled on the passenger-side door handle. The officer then got out, identified herself as a deputy and escorted him back inside to the front lobby.

Karpuzi told police he saw a vehicle with the engine running, didn't realize someone was inside, and believed it was there to take him to see his parents. He told deputies he has bipolar disorder, WFTS-TV reports. His earlier incident involved trying to steal a truck with a teenager sitting in it outside a supermarket, police say.

Karpuzi was reportedly released again on another $5,000 bail, only this time without further incident.

Yes there's that too but a lot of dark aspects of fantasy monsters and fantasy in general have been watered down so much. It's why Game of Throwns is or maybe was so popular. Same with Dark Souls and Bloodborne. Most fantasy stories back in the day didn't have happy endings. The heroes rarely win and if they did it was a Pyrrhic victory. Back in those days the best you could hope for in a happy ending is bitter sweet.

I think it's a good thing that we're undoing the "Watered Down" version or Un-Disney-ing things.

The kind of old fantasy goblins that are known for destroying entire kingdoms through shear numbers. The kind that are far more dangerous and monstrous than most people realize. Believe it or not Goblin Slayer is nothing new but a return to form before goblins got watered down to the staple punching bag that we see in every fantasy story. You can absolutely use math for bias. For example, you can use math to quantify how good each map is for you and select the best one from among those satisfying certain geometric requirements.

Convexity requirements are so overvalued by people who don't understand gerrymandering and it's tremendously easy to make convex districts which strongly gerrymander a state.

That's why Shortest Split Line methodology should be left in it's simplest form and pairing it along with Proportional Representation based on allocated vote power.

This way every candidate that decides to stay can go into representing that seat no matter what.

Fixing Gerry Mandering is one part of the problem.

After that we also need to get rid of the "Winner Take All" system of representation per seat in House & Senate.

Every candidate that runs should get a Proportional Voting power relative to how many eligible voters decide to give them said voting power.

That includes multiple candidates from the same party. (Imagine a World where Hillary, Bernie, & Donald were all sitting on an Executive Council with representative power based on how many votes they would've gotten should all 3 run simultaneously)

Ergo all the candidates who run for 1 seat cannot get more than a combined 1.0 votes.

And all the votes will be split amongst ALL candidates who run for said seat and choose to remain inside for the politics.

As far as paying the salary and staff for each seat, that won't change, the tax payers will still cover the exact same $ amount per seat as before.

The Political Parties should be legally required to cover the difference based on what is missing from their pay check through proportional allocation of pay checks to all representatives who represent that seat.

The citizenry gets 100 points per seat to split ANY which way they want amongst all candidates for that seat.

You never have to pick based purely on party or politician again. You can pick as you see fit and split your voting power allocation any way you want!

"Winner Take All" voting system is the enemy of true Representative Democracy!

Proportional Representation based on what you the citizenry want to allocate towards is TRUE Representative Democracy!
