Trump lost despite using the organizational structure of his office to limit mail-in voting as much as possible. With a Dem base more willing to vote in person and not having an undermining asshole in charge at the time of the election, I think Biden will increase his margin of victory from 2020. Not as much as I'd like him to win by, though.

Okay, you have a six shooter or an eight shooter revolver and maybe a pump action shotgun and a repeater carbine that has a dozen and a half rounds but is then a pain in the ass to reload. That's a pretty limited assortment of carryable weapons compared to WWII and later games, which can feature pistols with much larger magazines, submachine guns, heavy and light machine guns, bazookas and rocket launchers, sniper rifles, assorted throwable and attachable explosives, and that's not even bringing up future tech, just to name a few.
There's just less gunplay options the further back in time you make your game's setting. --- Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less. |

If you're going so fast that you are staying in the left lane and passing people regularly, you're almost assuredly going way too fast. | K181 11/01/23 10:16:30 AM #30 | I will always stand by my opinion that he was too green and inexperienced and it showed constantly by how badly he (and the Dems at large) bungled their first two years with massive majorities in both houses. It took them way too long to realize that the GOP wasn't playing ball, and Obama was seemingly loathe to get involved in congressional negotiations (highlighted by news a year or two ago that when Tester, a critical swing Dem Senator, visited Biden in the White House for legislation negotiations, it was his first time ever visiting the Oval Office). Also, not pushing for both DC and Puerto Rican statehoods in 2009, and thereby securing a guaranteed four more Dem senators for the forseeable future, has to be the biggest political strategic blunder in recent memory. Plus, his administration handled Iraq and Afghanistan very poorly, albeit inheriting obviously raw deals.
That all being said, he was mostly well-intentioned on domestic matters, represented the country internationally quite while, and holy shit did the jagoff that followed make him look like a genius by mere comparison. --- Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less. |
