You're life isn't over yet. You still have plenty of chances to find someone, TC. Also, there are plenty of people who can't find love, or simply (not easily) be with the one they love, that's just the way life works sometimes.

What I would do in your situation is stop focusing on any physical attributes you find inadequate, and focus more on bettering yourself on the inside (mentally and emotionally) instead of focusing so much on what's on the outside. If you follow my advice, the more you become experienced socially the more your self-confidence builds leading to more positive relationships, which increases your chances of finding a mate.

I'm not so experienced myself to lecture you or anything, but they say the only real way to get over someone is to find someone else. That's been my experience too. I feel like if you're not over her after 4 years or whatever you're never going to be if you keep doing this to yourself. It's easier saying I'm gonna fix myself and move on then done. I feel like I'll never be able to get over it, like I can't get over it. No one deserves to be in a relationship with someone who can't move on from a relationship that's been dead in the past a long tim ago. I know better then to put someone through the trainwreck that it is me.

The memories haunt me at every turn. In my thoughts, in my heart, in my sleep. I've awoken from a fabricated dream, into never-ending nightmare. I don't live anymore, I'm just existing.

I can only isolate. All I can do is back myself further and further into this corner. I don't trust anyone and I only hold negative feelings for everyone. All I can do is fester and let the days pass by.

You gotta get some medication, man. If you already on medication, talk with your doctor about everything that's going on and what triggers it. Tell him it isn't working and he might switch the meds or try a different dosage.
