It started at 40, they lowered it to 30 over a couple hours, say theyre going to expand it further.

I read on another board that it costs something like 500,000 stardust to do a trade. If that's true then this feature will rarely be used.

Its a lot more expensive for special trades (shinies, Legendary/mythical, and stuff not in your Pokdex) but gets cheaper as your friendship level with your trading partner increases. The example on their website was a Moltres-for-Articuno costing 1.000.000 for people who had 1 friendship level, with that same trade dropping to 40K for a maxed friendship level.

And normal trades are way cheaper than that.

Which is the worst change ever.

I forgot about that change. Wasnt it done in a patch sometime after release? Changed to something from Lament of Innocence? Or was it the PSP DXC version that used LoI music for the ending?

Well unlike Wii U you can use the GCN controllers for other games, but mainly for Smash.

I played it on Wii U, but I'm considering getting this version. It seems like it has enough new stuff to be worth it.

I already bought all of the DLC though, does the Switch version have even MORE exclusive stuff? Like Funky Kong and Blastoise?

It has all the stuff that was exclusive to the 3DS version, so theres a few story missions and adventure maps that would be new if you never played that and bought its DLC. Other than that, just BotW outfits for Link and Zelda. (The new characters - including the DLC characters - for 3DS were DLC on Wii U so they wouldnt be new unless you missed that set somehow.)

Aaaand I think I just pulled off a spell I don't have yet in that clock tower. I was going nuts dodging and I accidentally pulled off a...soul steal!? Is this some kind of secret spell or something? Because man Soul Steal is so OP. Slowly but surely getting used to pulling off the ridiculous button combination required to use it. I'd say I'm at about 25% now!

Dont think I saw anyone address this, but essentially, you have all the spells from the start of the game. It just doesnt tell you that. So when you buy them later youre actually just buying the menu option that shows you the button combo, which IIRC opens anyway the first time you use each one.

Still no idea why the Omega 4 relay exists.

So the Collectors have a place to build the new Reaper without the rest of the galaxy finding out.

It kinda falls apart when you consider the usual Reaper modus operandi would have had the rest of the races locked out of using the relays anyway by this point in time but thats the easiest inferred explanation from the game itself.

-KH 358/2 Days (Cutscene Movie. Follows end of CoM and leads into KH2)

-Kingdom Hearts Re:coded (Cutscene Movie. Really this is the least important thing but it kinda leads off from KH2 if I recall right and at this point who knows if the stuff from it won't become relevant somehow)

Ya see, best case scenario, even if I end up getting super back in...this is still absolutely gross. There's no excuse for putting out this much stuff. Assuming I become a big time KH fanboy, I'm still not gonna accept a hit from people who are apologists about the way they handled releases.

What a weird thing to say. Theres no excuse for this series to keep releasing games.

No because Pichu being bad was always its gimmick. And bringing everyone back is a lot cooler than leaving a few things out.

I think paid-only stuff is a couple weapon/armor packs, Kasumi, Overlord, Lair of the Shadow Broker, and Arrival. Lair is best of those, Kasumi is a fun mission plus her character has some neat powers, and Arrival is kind of a bridge to ME3 and best played after. Overlord is probably easiest to say skip of the four.

The game sounds great. Mechanically, what's it doing differently from Mario Power Tennis on the Gamecube? That was my main way to play tennis in this series before.
