I remember having fun with it. I was pretty mediocre at it though. Games like that tend to come and go.

I thought it was amazing. It's my GotY. I liked the first game but this one improved on it in every way.

I have no knowledge of Control though. I have heard the games are connected, so I kinda figured that the FBC was from that.

There's a certain chapter for Alan that was pretty surprising and not something I ever would've expected to see in a horror game, but it's fucking great.

That's awesome, glad to hear that. One of the few games in recent memory that seems to live up to the hype.

I highly recommend Control as well. I played through it recently and loved pretty much all of it. It also has an Alan Wake DLC, so it's hard to go wrong with that.

Bouncing between Alan Wake 2, Octopath Traveler and Sea of Stars.

I'm still early in Alan Wake 2, but it's probably going to be my game of the generation. Love the atmosphere, the story and way it's told, the gameplay. Really my kind of game.

Octopath Traveler reminds me of things I've played in my childhood in the best way. The random encounters are really the only gripe I have with the game.

Sea of Stars is fun and their combat system is pretty unique, if a bit limited.

I just got the Platinum for Alan Wake 2 the other day.

Spoiler-free thoughts on the game overall? Have you played the original Alan Wake or Control? One of my favorite things so far in Alan Wake 2 (spoilers for Alan Wake 2 and Control) is how integrated things from Control are. I just entered Caldera Station as Alan and have been exploring a bit, but I love seeing Ahti playing a role and the presence of the FBC.

The Pizza Hut app is legitimately the worst app I've ever used. Whoever created that abomination should be fired. Downloaded it on multiple different phones, always crashes constantly and empties your cart to top it off.

Definitely don't play Octopath Traveler if you're looking for a short game. I'm playing through it now. Good game so far, just not short.

I already own (and completed) the base game. Not in a rush to get Phantom Liberty because I'm already playing lots of other stuff, but I will probably pick it up eventually.

I had over 7,500 hours in RuneScape when I stopped playing.

Next is probably Left 4 Dead 2. I played on 360 so had no way to track time played, but I'm estimating between 2,000 and 3,000 hours.

Yes, it can read and play PS4 games. If you have even a small collection of PS4 games, I'd say get the disc version.

I rarely buy physical anymore either, but sometimes the physical is cheaper than the digital. I like having options.

C. Great console. Game Pass is a great value if you're new (or new-ish) to gaming, or simply haven't played many of the games on there.

Easily my most played between my Series X, PS5 and Switch.
