No one goes gets arrested or goes to jail for not having liability insurance. Don't make things up. Liability insurance is super inexpensive. You can find companies that provide it for $20 a month. And if you can't afford that then don't have a car. You're not entitled to drive around damaging people's cars and injuring them in accidents without being able to compensate them if it's your fault.

It's not a "poor person tax." That's ridiculous. The reason it likely became mandatory is situations like this where the offending party didn't have insurance but definitely couldn't pay and the party that sustained the damages needed to take on a burden that wasn't theirs to begin with. Driving a car on the road is a privilege not a right. You don't have the right to injure people and damage their cars with no consequence. I'd rather people have insurance than have them start having to go to jail because we don't have mandatory insurance.

Idk I really think it goes both ways. The girls should know better, their parents should care more and then rappers should do their due diligence. It's just a bad mix all around.

They represent themselves as more mature looking because A) they look more mature body wise and B) they dress more mature because of the fact that they WANT to be rap groupies. It's sad and the rappers should do more due diligence but they don't. I'm not surprised that they would end up in that situation at all but I really don't think you can hang an 18 year old for smacking a 13 year old's naked ass because he thought she was older. I don't think it's unlikely for him to think she was 16-17 in the scene they're in. And he was 18 at the time. Is it disgusting for an 18 year old to want to sleep with a 16-17 year old? Not really. I understand she wasn't that age, but I wonder what she actually looked like.

It's weird how dreams can have a kind of continuity. Like they end up managing themselves.

I dreamed I had about four cats instead of one. And they all seemed to be clones of my current cat. Anyway, I was busy messing around in the dream when I heard what seemed to be cats meowing/groaning. I figured I'd get around to seeing what it was, but completely forgot about it.

So I later end up walking down the hall, and there are the cats groaning... one smushed into the side of a closed bedroom door and one stuck on top of it

So I open the door and they kind of fall to the floor, it's okay though. They were only flattened.

Just felt I'd share that it was weird how the dream was still managing the fact that there were cats stuck in a door, when I wasn't giving a damn
