There's a watchdog group that says as soon as Trump announces they're filing a lawsuit to disqualify him as he was involved in voter fraud schemes and the Jan 6 insurrection. Idk what will happen with that but at least someone is trying to do something since the DOJ apparently needs a million pieces of evidence before they indict him.

I'm very pleasantly surprised and pleased so far with the AZ results.

But there's still time for it to go to shit here so I'm keeping my fingers crossed

Usually if I go to urgent care they just give me that shot in my butt. I made an appt with a new PCP but I couldn't get an appt with a female provider for two weeks. I'm feeling assured the migraine medicine I got is working a little so I don't know that it's majorly serious. I'm not having any serious symptoms that could be indicative of stroke or aneurysm.

The worst migraine pain I've ever experienced accompanied by vomiting and fever. And it's been like 3 days. I don't even know what to do except go to urgent care and get a steroid injection into my butt cheeks I didn't even eat at all yesterday

This is not always true if you have a gambling addiction. But I don't feel we should do away with luck based lotteries because a small portion of the population has a type of addiction.

Yes. No ethical problems winning, although once you have all of that money there are ethical ways to use it (and not).

Regarding whether it should exist...frankly, I think it would be fine if people were prevented from owning more than a small number of tickets. Do I think it's wrong for a state to offer someone an (unrealistic, sure) chance to dream of winning for $2? Nah. Do I think it's wrong for a state to offer someone who's otherwise struggling to get by an opportunity to spend $500 on tickets? Yes, that's not cool.

i don't know. i'm trying to understand how other people feel about it or their perspective. i personally find it more ethical to obtain $1bn by everyone pooling money under the agreed upon contract that there will be one winner. especially if the buy in is as low as $2.
