Is that your main motivation?

I mainly want to get out of claims in general. And I want to move down a level in responsibility because I'm going back to school next year for my Master's and it'll make it easier for me to focus on school with a less stressful position at work.

I'd still be in phone calls but now it'd be with employees and business partners instead of angry customers.

The problem is that not having a personal vehicle will lock me out of a LOT of work. Ive been to LA atop, and the trains and busses all have really awful hours and stop running frustratingly early. If I cant be versatile in my job search because of that, I might as well already be dead in the water

I've been telling him for a long time that he should go back to his master's program to get his teaching degree so that he can at least have a stable job to achieve his dream with. He's only thinking in the immediate short term and its actually costing him more time than if he'd just finished his master's.

He's not going to listen. He just whines and makes excuses for everything.

How long has it been since you used your account? I actually had to recreate mine because I didn't transfer it over to the new system 3 or 4 years ago when they combined all of their launchers under one program. You might have to do the same.

Also you have to login every 90 days or they lock your account due to inactivity and you need to reset your password. Super annoying!!
