48GB. I'm going to get a 4th 16GB stick eventually but I had to buy a replacement for one of my RAM and the 2 pack was on sale so I ended up with 3 for now.

That's what kills me. Obviously it's "not all men" and that's why I'm not reading adjl fellate himself over not being a predator. The issue is we don't know WHICH men and with a high prevalence of male on female violence, why are we supposed to be trusting and take the risk? It's not your body and mental health at risk, it's mine. So in effect it has to be all men until you personally prove otherwise.

I would love for parents to give boys the emotional tools they need to not fall in predation. But in general, they don't. And I don't trust men until there's a culture shift. Does that hurt your feelings as a man? That's too damn bad. Your feelings don't outweigh my need for personal safety.

I'm not reading any of that lol. When you have to live a life not knowing if any given man is going to harm you then you can talk to me about men being predators.

When I was still living in an apartment waiting for my house to be built and it was still just a vacant lot that I owned, I was getting letters to my apartment residence offering to buy "my house".
It was kinda comical.

I'm gonna be paying 50% of my net pay each month towards my mortgage/taxes/insurance.
But it's still worth it to own something finally.
(people say to go by gross pay, but that's fucking stupid, income taxes can vary wildly)

I want to make sure I have a place to live when I retire. I'm thinking extremely long game with my house. Unless I get some golden job opportunity and can BUY another house, I will not be moving. I don't like the state I live in a ton but I like that I have my own place.
