Sooo, I have lame news for you guys, when I showed up to the courthouse, the woman at the front desk said I didnt even have a scheduled court case, and that the police force is always booking exremely unrealistic court dates. She said to call next Wednesday.. got nothing for you boys, Im just as bummed out

In Utah:

A first conviction for DUI in 10 years carries a minimum sentence of 2 days in jail (or at the judges discretion, 48 hours of community service), 12 months of probation, mandatory DUI treatment, and a minimum fine of $1,295.00

Also, you cannot drive with ANY measurable alcohol in your body while driving or your ass is straight to jail.

Seems to me you are getting off pretty easy for endangering other peoples' lives.

Its because I wouldve been legal in every other state in the country, and it probably helped that I was extremely polite to every office I met that day

Ive said like 4 times Ive cut back on my alcohol usage, and that I was going to make sure to get more sleep. You somehow are obsessed with wanting me not to, and to kill people on the road.

I don't think it's unreasonable to think you're fine after sleeping all night and feeling okay in the morning. Obviously I don't know how much you drank the night before nor can I get in your head to know how you felt.

I was .06, and in the rest of country the limit is .08. Just the way it is here, and its the law. Thats why Ive said multiple times Im going to be safer from now on. But for some reason the brony fluttershy wants me to keep being reckless and kill people so he/she/it/pony can say I killed people :/

Yeah haha, it should be and hopefully is just a fine. Gone be more careful in the future absolutely, and maybe both of us could be haha.

Work was cool with it, so I think Im in the clear. Unless the judge is in a bad mood, well see <_<. My only court room experience is from the first ace of attorney, and a few episodes of Judge Judy. Just going to act like myself, which is fortunately very humble

$1500 - $2000, is what Im guessing. What CE is having a hard time understanding is, in our 50 states out of the country, Im in the singular mormon state, where I had an illegal BAC. Thats why I didnt serve any jail time <_<

charged with a dui class b, and a court date. Honestly once I got to the jail house, they were like yeah thats really not a big deal, were going to try get you out of here as soon as we can. You can stay out of the holding cell and Ill turn the tv on for you. I think it was because I was obviously not intoxicated and they knew it was an accident.
