A note though, my mental and physical health demands that I be a bit more chill than many of you may be used to seeing from me. I say this because I flipped out on someone last year who suggested my lack of passion was a scum tell when I was just feeling very tired.

While I was away from board 8 I remained an effective player with this style as both alignments, I just ask for my new less fiery approach to be treated as the null tell it is.

Also star trek is awesome.

I've been driving 24 years, drove in the military also. Never been in an accident or gotten a ticket, I sped a lot when I was young also.

My insurance is piss cheap because of it.

The RCMP officer that came across it got it towed and now it is sitting safely an hour away. They aren't pursuing anything due to road conditions at the site so this isn't going to affect my insurance at all, thankfully.

I got into a minor fender bender several years back. A car rear ended the car behind me which then rear ended me. Wasn't even enough to scratch my car. Two days later, half of the muscles in my back and chest(some which were connected to my rib cage) just locked up while at work. I could barely move and it hurt to breathe. Awful pain. My wife is a licensed massage therapist. She said muscle trauma from accidents can take up to 3 days to show up. Thank god she knew how to fix and relax those muscles.

Oh yea, our insurance won't cover anything. We had just had liability on the car because I was on disability and we forgot to add comprehensive coverage back when I started this job. So it is a write off either way. Luckily we've been planning on a new vehicle right away anyway.

I'll be keeping an eye on myself. I didn't hit the wall too hard, just hit it at the right angle to rip my front passenger wheel off the axel. First time I've ever deployed an air bag though.

Well, totaled my car on my way back to work. About 40km north of Blue River, BC. Luckily a good Samaritan came by when they did or else I'd still be walking down the highway in pitch black.

maybe, maybe not, but tailgaters don't always do it on purpose. can't say the same about brake-checking, which introduces a stupid and dangerous element to the road solely for the sake of proving a point.

And some times people have to hit the brakes for a legitimate reason and when tailgaters are behind them they cause excessive damage which introduces a stupid and dangerous element to the road solely for the sake of being stupid and dangerous.

thanos buff is kinda whatever because he's the least impactful part of his own deck / rarely even gets played out on the board

rest of the changes are probably not moving the needle on any of those cards. i don't think sandman will see any more play at 5/5, in fact he might even be worse now coming down a full turn later.

This is my thoughts on him.

I fucked up, I promised my kids if they cleaned up the mess their mess that spanned the house I would take them swimming. The got the house almost spotless in like 10 minutes.

And number 5 definitely isn't happening. You can make an argument that number 5 is happening with...maybe immigration to Mexican people? But most definitely is not happening to transgender people.

Been having some good results with this Discard deck since adding Dracula:

MODOK, Dracula, Morbius and Apocalypse just play really nice together. Build up Apocalypse as usual while also fueling Morbius. Then MODOK comes in at Turn 5 and clears out my entire hand, usually only leaving behind Swarms, Apocalypse and America (while also fueling Morbius). I usually save Swarm for Turn 6 to give myself some additional power at locations where it might be needed. If I have enough spots open, I can place Swarms and America Chavez where needed while Dracula gets the power boost from Apocalypse OR I can just play Apocalypse where necessary.

Where Sunspot works great with this is that I can also just skip Turn 6 altogether. I can have Dracula take on Apocalypse's power level and Sunspot still gets a +6 (or however much energy I have left).

If anything, I think the weak link here is Wolverine. He works great as an added power boost if he gets discarded, but I often find he takes up a spot on locations where I really don't want to play him. But he is nice as an extra power boost on Turn 5, especially if the RNG gets him onto a location I otherwise can't take.

Sub in Shang Chi for Wolverine.

Yes but you can't play Maw after turn 3. So by using Zero early you're assuming you won't get Skull in the next 3 draws, which massively hurts consistency.

I'm 2 for 2 on sending Maw to their side with Viper, 0-1 for when I Zero Maw.

Something else must have been on the board because giving Electro to your opponent definitely gets rid of the negative for yourself and gives it to your opponent. But you still get the extra energy each turn since that was an on reveal.

I'll try it again, but they were the only two in that lane.

So Viper does not negate Electro restricting you.

Also if you arnim hobgoblin or green goblim you will send two back at them

I did just Viper Maw on the other players side which won me the game early because they could only play the middle lane due to the shrinking lab location.

Psy doesn't seem to do anything at all.

She's a back up +1 energy card for turn 3 or 4 depending whats in my hand to insure that I can play Zero before RS. Though, Vipering Electro over to their side is an amazing idea.

I've just never come across that due to always playing RS in their full lane.

I dropped Psylocke and OR for Maw and Areo, Electro just seems to vital to do what I do with the deck. Though I might switch him out for Sandman and see if hindering the opponent helps more than being able to out power them.

My advice is drop psylocke, electro, hulkbuster, and omega red.

The energy ramp stuff is awkward in that archetype. I get you're trying to play red skull, copy him with taskmaster, then arnim Zola but it's overkill honestly.

This deck should be all about trying to get priority on turn 6 so you can either Zola or aero. Red skull is probably winning a lane by himself on turn 5 so lizard and other good stat cards can win your other lane.

I don't need priority to Zola though, Areo sure.

Honestly my strategy with this deck is challenge their strong lane on turn 4 or 5 then Zola on 6 to fake them out. Taking their weaker lanes which usually contain nothing and a couple cards. Most of my wins have come from not playing anything until turn 4 lol

Your Zero is really only hitting Red Skull right now. Maybe add some more targets like Typhoid Mary, Lizard (not the best but a good Enchantress target too), Ebony Maw, maybe Maximus.

Zero + Ebony Maw is 10 power on turn 2 in a lane

Also I can't stress how broken Aero is if you have her. She should probably be in any deck where you could feasibly be winning on turn 5.

And Storm can be good to shut down a lane early then Zola your Skull into it later.

Those are all fine cards but I have no idea who to switch out for any of them. Areo could probably replace Omega Red.

i think venom potentially works well here, you can eat your own electro to get rid of the ongoing effect and it's also a great target for zola/taskmaster

That would work too, once I get him ill consider the switch with omega red.
