The legendary mode for the campaign is great and the story with savathun has had me interested more than I thought I'd be.

This is the reason why a lot of the core audience hates it when other players come into games like the Souls Genre and demand the game be easier or change certain things.

If they had it their way, the game would be totally different. Just as Jason Schreier says, the quest log would make this game feel totally different. But including it would appease a lot of these people complaining.

Or I could be wrong and these are just the core base whining as well, except Souls games never had a quest log from what I remember.

This, they fixed a lot in patches and updates. It still has its faults though. Shitty crafting, shallow story, forgettable characters.

It has the charm of a shitty straight to DVD movie though.
