I disagree. You've got factory workers literally pumping out lightning bending. An entire city of metal benders. People strong enough to be capable of moonless waterbending. Earthbenders capable of bending elements thought only to be capable by avatars. Pretty much a lot of powerful techniques just randomly handed out to everyone.

Maybe it seemed weaker because the sport bending or whatever it was called was shit and was constantly shoved down our throats and the more prevalent theme of technology vs bending shifting bending away from the forefront.

I think overall the bending in Korra seems much weaker too and it makes sense. The best explanation/reasoning I saw behind it was that they found ways to make bending easier at the cost of power hence why everyone can lightning bend now. Whenever lightning bending in Korra is used it seems really weak outside of the one time Mako does the form for it that Azula does and it actually looks like it has power behind it.

Basically, nobody uses the proper bending forms anymore so the bending is overall weaker. The ones that still bend with the forms are shown to be incredibly strong like Tenzin.

There isn't one. I like TLA more than Korra and Aang is my least favorite character of the main cast also.

I love Dynasty Warriors. All 3 entries of 5 are my favorite ones in the series.

If a lane is ending then you end up zipper merging too. It still makes more sense to go to the front to merge in than hold up everyone behind you by stopping and waiting for someone to let you in. You're supposed to use all of the space available to you. The states themselves even tell you that and I've seen them put up signs here in NYC for it.

It's Florida. Of course there is no review. Landlords will use it to evict people they don't like.

Going to the end of the lane is the proper way to do a zipper merge. People that try to squeeze in at the start of the merge lane and cause traffic behind them are the worst.

Yoshi-P is not very good. He worked out with 14 because it's an MMO and he has forever to plan things. However, a lot of changes to 14 gameplay wise aren't so great like forcing every single class to work on a 2 minute cycle and making them all feel pretty much the same.

If you read interviews with games Nomura directs he's the one telling people to stop their crazier ideas or things that happen with delays and such are generally decided by people higher up than him.

I'm convinced that jrpg fans never really figured out how to translate the things they loved on the super Nintendo into the modern era. The world map is a perfect example of that. Some of the most critically acclaimed final fantasies, like 10, didn't have one. Then you have 16 coming out and everyone complains that even though you have these huge zones to run across that it doesn't count as having a world map because everything's to scale. So then 7 rebirth comes out and the zones are even bigger and now it really does feel like you're traversing the whole world and people are complaining that it's too big and they want something smaller. I don't think people really know what they want.

I really like Rebirth's since there's a lot of stuff to do. I've seen people say it's repetitive but I like what they did. 16's was overall meh, imo.

I kinda doubt the movies had much to do with it. The one movie was made of mostly unused and deleted scenes and only adding a little new animation. Plus I think other studios worked on them

All the good staff were working on the movies and the ones left to work on the actual series were crap. A new director took over in season 4, IIRC. Mirio vs Overhaul and 100% Deku should have been 10/10 moments for that series and instead they were awful. Season 5 in general was drawn out with horrible pacing and was incredibly boring.

Season 4 and 5 suck. Most likely because they spent all their time on the movies and shit out those seasons. 6 was really good. I'm gonna assume 7 will suck because they're working on another movie.

Man the Super 17 arc really is crap lol. Did we really need Freeza and Cell to come back *again* just to basically be joke characters? And the entire arc is only 7 episodes; they knew it was shit. This is far worse than anything Super has to offer.

The worst part about Super 17 is Goku knows 17 can absorb energy so his solution was to throw bigger energy blasts at him. Super Goku is dumb but at least in a fight he's not that stupid.

I think 2 is worse than 1 and MM because the story moves so fast that a lot of what happens doesn't have time to breathe and develop properly. Story is overall weaker because of it and the game is way shorter than the first one for no reason.

Shueisha owns the rights to the IP. Toei just has rights for the anime. Shueisha has and always will have final say in regards to anything involving the series. They may have asked Toriyama for input out of respect but they never needed his approval with anything regarding the series.

It didn't get Nomura'd because he straight up said he wanted a 1:1 remake and Kitase and Nojima fought him on it until he relented. So again, the two of them are responsible for everything you hate about Remake.

Self checkout doesn't save time in my experience. You have people with millions of items that scan their items at a snails pace, then the machine says you need assistance and you have to wait forever for someone to come over to fix it.

I started going back to regular checkout since it moves faster.
