Rogue One was great from Act 2 on

It really, really wasn't. K2SO was the only thing that kept me from falling asleep during that stretch. I mean don't get me wrong I liked that blind Jedi wannabe and there were moments here and there where RO wasn't a total snoozefest but the pacing was really really bad.

Charon and I are breezing through these. Now I feel pretty guilty about snoozing through the DC, horror, and musical lists. Not really the others though. You'd have to PAY me to watch a bunch of sports movies. Remember the Titans is the only thing I'll watch without a gun to my head.

I dunno man. Personally I just don't like the idea of retconning the end of the movie because it seems like a marketing ploy. Like if Disney decided to make The Series canon before the inevitable Tangled Too or whatever I might consider watching it because I would feel lost otherwise.

But on its own the motivation is just not there. It's not just Tangled I swear. I lack the motivation to watch a lot of series inspired by movies. Like I'm not doing Big Hero 6 either, and I've fallen behind on How To Train Your Dragon instalments since they moved to Netflix, and I LOVE that series and I've had Netflix for a year!

I liked this portrayal of Luke a lot. Was he perfect? Far from it, but his flaws made him a far more interesting character. And deep down he was still that same old cocky kid, he just grew old and cynical.
