Obvoiusly it's too late now, because the match is already over and a one-sided stomp, but I'm actually going to go against the grain and vote for Thibault.

My reasoning is that Thibault is a sufficiently pathetic opponent for Batman that he will refuse to fight and just leave, like he did against the Carpenter. Therefore, Thibault wins the fight by default.

For the last character, I actually think it might be Haggar. For the last character not to be revealed, it has to be someone pretty special, and Haggar would definitely fit that bill. Every season since Season 2 has also had at least one Final Fight character (Zeku in Season 2, who is connected to Final Fight due to him being Guy's master, Cody in Season 3, and both Poison and Lucia in Season 4). Other options are a Street Fighter Ex character (probably Skullomania since he's by far the most popular Ex character), or Capcom are either starting a new fighting game series or reviving an old one and the last character will be from that game to promote it.

There's also the mundane explanation, that Capcom haven't chosen the last character yet since they're still a year and a half away.

The perfect choice! I made sure to get the platinum trophy for Kingdom Hearts 3 as my 5000th trophy, so I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who plans milestone trophies.

Captain Falcon is a melee fighter, and Armstrong can tank melee attacks because of Nanomachines Son, so Captain Falcon wouldn't be able to hurt him. If Falcon tried to charge a Falcon Punch, he would end up leaving himself vulnerable to Armstrong since he can't use his other attacks to stun Armstrong and give him to charge the Falcon Punch.

I wonder, since Falcon gets Blue Falcon, does Armstrong get Metal Gear Excelsus? Not that he needs it, since Armstrong wins anyway.

I'll side Deathstroke because of the argument that he could psyche out Garnet and make her defuse due to stress. Just being in the combat situation would be stressful already, so she would already be on edge. Combine that Garnet's future vision presenting her with the possibility of her opponent pushing her to lose control, and her awareness of the arena affecting her behaviour and it wouldn't take as much to stress her out as it normally would when she is in complete control of a situation.

I have no knowledge of Umineko so I can't make an educated opinion here, but I'll try with what I do know. How strong is Battler's magic, assuming that it works and isn't metaphorical? Gregor is pretty tough to begin with, and after Qyburn's experiments on him, he no longer reacts to damage. Would Battler be able to stop Gregor immediately, or could Gregor tank Battler's spells while walking up to him and then just rip him in half with his bare hands or something?

If debate is needed for Battler's powers to work, that's an easy win for Gregor, because he isn't the type to debate or question people, and after the aforementioned experiments, he can't talk any more.

Morwen from Lord of the Rings: The Third Age. She can dual wield axes, so all of her attacks hit twice, but they're still weaker than the single hit attacks of the rest of the party, and her attacks have poor accuracy on top of that. She also has terrible defence and HP. The best (read:only) use for her is to bring her in at the start of boss fights to steal their equipment and switch her out immediately.
