Tbh, I feel people who talk about the health benefits are the same people who gorge on junk food, don't run every day, and do a whole other deal of unhealthy activities. Why is this suddenly the thing that you need to remind everyone about how there are "health benefits?"

I will never willingly watch Primal. Bruh just expects me to be like caveman riding a dinosaur is badass. No. Dont try and imply its in an alternate universe-tell me upfront. Humans and non-avian dinosaurs didnt coexist. The creator broke my suspension of disbelief with the set-up.
