"Cultural appropriation" is a made-up thing that has no bearing on our laws. I don't know enough about trademarks to take their side or not take their side but clearly, "cultural appropriation" is not the issue at hand here.

That new directive or whatever by Sessions is not aligned with one religion over any other. There is no favoritism displayed here.
