I do like them, and I love Spielberg and particularly the first JP, but I havent heard great things about the newer ones. The Lost World definitely had some great scenes though, I didnt mean to disrespect it. Oh I heard that's the worst one because of the controls. Should I play it? I tried playing it first with a joy con in each hand, but playing that way was exhausting. i use the pro controller now, though, and its much easier. And iirc many people expected it to why would people think it has action? the biggest problem I had with it was that literally everyone in the advertising said you NEED to see it on a big screen!. And thats completely false. Its a movie about people talking in rooms. Thats 85% of the movie. very good, and like most Nolan movies, you have to watch it multiple times before you can truly appreciate it. I saw it a second time at home and liked it way more in the second viewing. it does get a bit weak in the final hour (its 3 hours long), but Nolan is an artist, you cant really tell him what to do. also yes it probably deserves best picture. I only usually agree with the Oscars once or twice a decade. Seems to be missing a lot of that Tim Burton style, which is probably going to translate into a pretty "meh" movie. Tim Burtons last outing was Netflix's Wednesday, which is probably the best thing hes done in over a decade (both artistically and commercially). So this couldnt come at a better time imo also it seems like all 4 main actors are currently at their peaks; theyre arguably the best theyve ever been. The original HW and AoC are pretty different games, despite the superficial similarities. HW is much more traditional Musou gameplay, but AoC is much more focused on miniboss and boss fights instead of mowing down hordes of grunts, and in that regard feels almost closer to a character action game. Both are excellent and well worth playing, it's just worth a heads up to make sure you don't go from enjoying one into expecting the same from the other. You make a good point, Ill look out for that. Theyre both on Switch, right? Ill look out for those. And I still need to play the Xenoblade games too.
