Heh. He was someone I was considering when I clicked this topic. I'd like to have met him in passing, but I don't know if he's someone I really would've wanted to hang out with.

A shame to see someone like that in charge of a property like Star Wars. What is this obsession with taking away properties from males? I can understand wanting to gain a foothold or make something approachable to general audiences, but why do people look at properties where the cast and fanbase are predominantly male (Ghostbusters) and say, "Let's make this female exclusive"?

What next, remakes of TV westerns with all black casts? Gotta take those dead franchises away from the dominant majority.

I'm not following the logic here on how hair length making breasts look different.

It provides a foil which enhances the apparent size of the bust. It's like placing a really tall person next to a person of normal or shorter height as opposed to placing them next to another tall person.

Having less hair also means having less of a competing visual.

* Much like incest is now, it becomes the "fun in fiction, not in real life" kink that a lot of people gravitate toward. It remains illegal in real life and nobody would actually touch an animal who wouldn't already.

* It displaces rape and incest as the kinks which people gratuitously insert into stories whenever they can. Instead of a comic using rape to show how evil a villain is, they show off a character's depravity by depicting them shacking up with animals. Instead of a novel using a brother-sister romance as the tender taboo, it's now between a boy and his dog or a girl and her dog.

Sara started off flat chested, but was busty by the second season. It may be the only case of a character going through puberty that I've seen in an animated show.

...or it could just be that the second season was animated in Japan.
