If people were complaining that Ariel's iconic look had been changed, I could maybe give them the benefit of the doubt. But they're not complaining that Ariel doesn't have her trademark red hair. They're complaining that she is Black.

Seeing as this is a musical aimed at a young female audience, I doubt that many of the complainers would have seen the movie anyway. They're simply mad that a Black woman is getting focus.

Win custody? Reminds me of the time the WWE had a match to determine the custody of a child.

It's so strange to see Disney's humble first effort at a superhero movie since they own Marvel today.

Hollywood Studios has Peevy's Polar Pipeline, a frozen lemonade shop. The Rocketeer's jetpack and helmet are tucked away in the corner. (I purchased a Powerade.)

It's bizarre to me because, while it was a decent film, The Rocketeer was a flop. Given the age of the park, I'm assuming the frozen lemonade shop was set up as a quick tie-in for when the film first came out. It surprises me that it hasn't been re-themed though.

It seems doubly odd to me now since Disney has The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. Both The Rocketeer and Star Wars drew from the same source material, the "rocket men" film serials of the 1950s.
