I've been too busy looking for a new place to live (moving out in 3 weeks!), planning a wedding and a honeymoon as well as working 6 days with more responsibilities than before to play any HS recently.

I haven't been playing much of anything at all except "sit down and zone out while playing" kinds of games. HS is too much of a mental activity that I get too invested into to play with half measures and I'd just stress myself out even more. Which sucks because I'd like to be able to at least knock out my daily quests twice a week just to not feel like I'm always slowly falling behind in terms of HS gold and dust, but I know that I'd wind up playing more than I really should right now.


I'm pretty excited about the next expansion from what i've seen though. I intend to play the crap out of it in July!

I earned the coveted -3 from Ulti in today's round. I shall wear it proudly as a badge of honor.

It's funny because I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone so incapable of putting aside political differences that he can't distinguish how people feel about issues from the person themselves. This is why I have a lot more respect for someone like Corrik, who I can be on good to neutral terms with despite having gone toe to toe in debate with him on many issues.

This is emphatically untrue.

Chris has always been a loyal friend of mine and I will consider him a good friend even though we aren't as in touch as we used to be. He had his quirks and could be outspoken sometimes, but he was passionate about things and that was obvious. And to his core he was a decent person who cared about his fellow man.

Any drama regarding his leaving the board doesnt begin to take away from his character.

And I will cheerfully disagree with anyone who says otherwise.

That was a king george line? I thought 'never gonna be president now' was primarily a jefferson/madison bit during "The Reynolds Pamphlet". Unless there is a different part that I'm not remembering.


On my most recent listen I teared up during Blow Us All Away -> Stay Alive (Reprise) -> It's Quiet Uptown. I'm not sure why but there were a lot more feels than usual.


Also who i've identified with most seems to change from listen to listen, but right now my favorite bit would be a Burr moment. From the second half of The Story of Tonight (Reprise) through Wait For It
