When I left my old job, I had to train my replacement that was sent by a temp agency. Her resume claimed "proficient in Microsoft Office."

I had to explain to her what "saving" was. And how to do it. Three times. We sent her home at lunch and contacted the temp agency to let them know she had lied on her resume and she shouldn't be sent out for any other computer-related jobs.

All things being equal most black men prefer black women and most white men prefer white women. Is this wrong/racist? No. Would it change if society weren't as racist? No. In group preference is always the norm, you can point to the countries with the best racial equality on earth and dating preferences are the same along all cultural and racial lines.

99% of the women I've slept with and dated have been white or Asian. I am not pro white or pro Asian.

The irony also is that they make those comments, yet in school the black women would outright insult me for no apparent reason. Happened to my brother too. I remember a group of them sitting a few feet away and badmouthing me despite me never having interacted with them.

I do not like stereotyping black women with the commonly laid tropes, but this one sticks to most of them. Most think they're entitled to treat black men like shit. No matter what. These discussions online are rising up from black women being shocked and acting hurt that black men either return fire so to speak or because increasing amounts of black men realize that they don't actually have to put up with it(hence not dating or dealing with them).

All I know is the greatest benefactors of black people at large as a group in modern times are a man married to a white woman(Robert Smith) and an elitist serial rapist(Bill Cosby). Not through rhetoric, but through action, scholarships, foundations and a billion dollars combined they've helped man entire generation of black people tangibly get ahead in life.

I've known black several women where it seemed to be specifically like that. They would talk and act very pro-black and talk negativity about white people, but every single person they would date would be white.

This is not being "pro-black". This is being a hypocrite and pretending to be some race warrior to compensate for poor inner self image and varying levels of white worship. the whole racial attitude is just a coping mechanism, as is the constant bashing of white men. It's typical with liberal women of color, the best example you would all know is Ilhan Omar. Women like this in reality are quite racist and also can be seen on YouTube talking down to men of their race if(when) their relationships with white guys go nowhere and they end up just angry old "pro-black" women on YouTube trying to shame men into marrying them.

On the subject, pretty much no one claiming to be pro-black or acting like they are does anything beneficial to themselves or other black people. Typically those who claim to be pro-black simply regurgitate rhetoric, shame others, or make excuses to literally no end for any negative pathology a black person or black culture exhibits. That's it. They're all jokes. I've never dated black girls, and the "pro-black" dudes around the way who had so much shit to say would always ask me how to meet white and Asian women when there were no black women around.

The "pro-black" women were racist towards biracial people(especially biracial women) and would always talk about racism and the legacy of slavery 24/7. Talk shit about white women all day. The second a non black man winked at them they were gone, pregnant and some married. Fast forward a bit and they're coming back around a single mom with a mixed kid(that they hate remember) and shaming single black men hoping to guilt them into taking care of them. Hilarious stuff.
