The judge decided to make him pay because he painted over them before the previous ruling came in place. There was like a law that if the art attracted people or something like that, that you needed a permit before painting over it. The guy painted over it before he got the permit (which he did get btw) and thats why the judge ruled in favor of the artist.

Disagree. One of my favorite teacher from high school is only 8 years older than me(one year older than my girlfriend at the time). She was very close and friendly with us which I think helped us connect to her and give a damn about school and not disappointing her. Sure, many of us flirted with her in ways that would be crossing a line today and sometimes she would hug us or sit on our desk while talking but it never crossed that line, She was very professional and is one of the best teachers I ever had.

I'm the lead network technician for the district now and her students can't believe that she taught me, hey think that we're both 25(i'm 32 she is 40). Some of these women are the type to fuck around on any job and some are pedos. Simple as that.

The older ones do what women are programmed to do, settle down with guys who check most boxes and sacrifice attraction and sex if necessary which almost always leads to cheating. Also some of them are just plain pedophiles to the core.

The younger ones are generally attracted to the students. Ever since I was 16 I only slept with and dated girls that were over 21 and old enough to have student teaching and teaching jobs. In fact my girlfriend in 12th grade was a teacher at another school district.
