Yeah this is really going to be a 2nd PC for the living room that'll be used to play horror/indie games on steam with my wife and maybe dabble in VR if it can handle it.

I plan on getting an RTX 3080 ti founder's super special awesome chocolatey whipped cream amazing fun time gooey center edition with a cherry on top whenever they announce it and the price.

Yeah there aren't any mini-b550s I'd want to spend the extra cash on without getting a 4000-series Ryzen 5. And I'd stick that in my main PC before I'd use it on the backup.

Case: NZXT H210 Mini ITX Tower Case

Only issue is the case has a USB-c port on the front and as far as I know there isn't currently an AM4 mini-ITX board that supports USB 3.1 other than on the rear io.

Total at the time of topic crearion would cost about $1200. Since it'd go in the living room it'd only be doing 1080p gaming so the gpu should handle most if not all games you throw at it.

Well no the snitch is only worth 150 points. After several days theoretically one team could be at 1440 points and one could be at 1620 points. Even if the 1st team catches the snitch they'll lose.
