Is mod-baiting still against the ToU for trolling? Because it used to be (although to be fair, topics like these were always borderline. *Another popular borderline one was named "Dick Pics" that would -- you guessed it-- be full of Richard Nixon photos.* In actuality, the rule was mostly applied to fake account suicides and fake abusive posts towards the mods or admin.

I think 4K / 60 should be OK if your HDMI version supports it. My understanding is that the higher refresh rates in 2.1 wont work in Linux. There was a recent effort to fix it the consortium shot down.
