It was like 9:30pm and my shift ends at 10pm, it was winter and dark. I noticed he seemed anxios, so I held his hand and started to quitely sing the FFIX start screen music (The Place Ill Return to Someday) https://youtu.be/vW3QK6CTg2g But a slower tempo, after awhile he is body and breathing relaxed. The nurses came and made the judgement call to have the night staff visit him with few hours in between, he died alone between one of their visits. --- |

| FF_Redux 07/27/21 3:33:52 PM #6 | Cost me nothing. I was lucky to get an appointment the same day I called. i was i therapy for almost 2 years, at first weeky then biweekly. My health care region had recenly made the primary care free and increasing hospital costs so I didnt have to pay the $20 per visit (up to $150 a year, anything past that a year is free, with drugs its $200 a year, some drugs dont go under this, but all essential ones does, and all life neccesary ones like insulin is always free). It was the hardest and best thing Ive ever done. Call for help. Therapy was odd and even more anxiety inducing at first, but I had a great therapist, it changed me forever for the better. I still struggle but now I know how to so it in a healthier way, but I still have a lot stuff to work on. --- |

Aligator Loki lmao. Tho it makes me wonder about the whole part in Avengers when Dr Strange looked into every timeline, because at that point there was only the Sacred timeline. --- |

I'm sorry to hear that - the dull background anxiety/ depression/ etc is especially frustrating since we often feel "it's not bad enough to actually stop us". I mainly now use my breathing as an anchor when I notice anxiety affecting me or during negative thoughts. Sometimes I use mindfullness to get into the present, focus on my breathing while exploring what my other senses are feeling now. Recently used body scanning which I havent done for awhile. When I find myself stuck on a negative thought I visualise it in a bubble in front of me, I step back and observe it objetivly, how is it affecting me etc, accept the thought for just being a thought and let it go. This ive had to do much less. At the beginning I did it a lot. --- |

With help and meds I got better and the tools to handle my anxiety. Been meds free since like late fall last year. My GAD is acting up atm and I feel worry and anxiety in my body, its like a dull anxiety hard to explain. I use my tools but its hard sometimes, feeling it just sucks ass. --- |
