Deep, dark or cloudy water in general terrifies me and almost more so in games for some reason, though I enjoy swimming and am an accomplished swimmer.

That one fight in Shadow of the Colossus comes to mind. I was recently playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey and avoided going in the water at all costs, skipping most of the underwater treasures and secrets.

There's some pretty good literature in the Bible. I remember reading one part where these guys were talking about God and it got all metaphysical and crazy and my mind was like "whoa!", it was almost like they were describing a psychedelic trip or something. Then, at the end of the passage, an onlooker scoffs and goes "They have had too much wine."

Anyway, one of the benefits I've noticed in learning about theology is that it is referenced so frequently in literature (and other forms of storytelling) in general.

How do you manage now?

Thank you for asking! Much better. They fixed me up with antibiotics and such and now I take one pill a day Biktarvy to maintain my immune system. Im back above the 500 T-Cell count (healthy people have between 500-2000 of these) as of a few months ago (I was at a count of 4 when I was in the ER in Fall 18).

Lesions on my arms (and elsewhere but mainly on my arms) were one of the first noticeable physical symptoms, along with a cough, for me. These developed over a year until things got worse and I ended up in the ER because I couldnt swallow or breathe very well/without tremendous pain (lungs and esophagus were infected badly). Thats where I would eventually learn I had full-blown AIDS. And yeah, it started with lesions on my arms.

Presumably people that actively attack civilian targets for the explicit purpose of spreading terror. A soldier deployed to a warzone for the explicit purpose of killing other soldiers that accidentally kills a civilian isn't the same thing. It's not the same as a guy shooting up a Baptist church or running a van through a Christmas bazaar.

Eh, I find that subjective. Im guessing the innocent civilian probably felt terror as he was being gunned down. Remember, ISIS also thinks they are just soldiers being deployed in a war. Pretty much no one believes personally that they themselves are the bad side, always the good guys.

Ok sure, just pointing out that people have used the same defense in the past thinking that what they were doing was right because their government told them to who we now look at as terrorists and war criminals. Examples of what could probably be considered terrorism (bombing of hospitals with no hostile forces inside them, for example) have been listed elsewhere ITT.
