I can't blame D&D for not taking seriously a character who didn't even have his own POV. The show did way more with Stannis than the book has.

Last year was fun and introduced some new hotties to the roster. Season 4 was the best, then the 1st. But some characters really need to go, like Lori Petty's character, Crazy Eyes, Tastee (whom they tried SO HARD to force an Emmy towards), and Lorna, who does nothing but be a guidette stereotype for each season.

Well it's an interesting debate. One side says that it can break the fast since it would put you over 50-100cals. Others contend that since you are consuming pure fat, the insulin response is nowhere near what it would be if you consumed carbs or sugar. It also keeps blood sugar controlled, which prevents any hormonal response during a fast.

There's really not a right answer, but I did it with about 10oz of coffee and heavy cream and it really kept my appetite controlled until 2pm.

Have you thought about adding some fat to your coffee? Like grass-fed butter or heavy cream? It will keep you satiated longer and mix those hunger pangs before you feeding window opens.
