Indeed, the Canadian part of the company is apparently still profitable and you can be sure they plan to send any stock that they feel will still sell in Canada at full price to Canadian locations.

It's like when Target shut down here, the sales were largely pretty lackluster and mostly because they obviously were going to ship a lot of the merchandise to their American locations.

Like I said, you'd be surprised sometimes what a toddler can get up to. Child proofing isn't completely infallible.

Like I said, my daughter hasn't gotten into danger but I could see how it can potentially happen. Before condemning a person as being a terrible parent I'd need to know all the details.

Heh, seems a number of people don't know just how much mischief a toddler can get up to and how they don't particularly care if something is or is not food when they shove it in their mouth. My daughter has never gotten close to the pods bud I am not surprised that some kids do. I mean it's impossible to watch your kid 100% of the time.

It's more of a concern for young children like toddlers. See, the concentration of the detergent in the pods is enough that as soon as it is touching the inside of your mouth it's already killing cells and causing damage even if none gets swallowed and any that gets swallowed will cause further damage as it travels through your digestive tract.

So yeah, they'll generally spit it out once they taste the soap but by that point damage could already be done.

This sort of safe guard obviously isn't intended to stop idiots who do stuff like the tide pod challenge since this would do nothing to stop them. They're old enough to know better already.

Interesting. I've been using my kindle Paperwhite for the past several years. For an eReader I don't really need that much functionality. What makes the Kobo better?

Depends on the model of e-reader honestly. Kobo and Kindle are often going head to head, sometimes Kobo has the better product, sometimes Kindle does. I tend to prefer Kobo myself thus why I consider it the superior e-reader. From a purely feature and cost standpoint they're often nearly equal or going back and forth on which is better.

I have Prime, it's easily justifiable with everything I get from Prime, no one service I get is worth it but as a whole it is.

That said, fuck Kindles, don't buy that garbage. Kobo makes the superior e-readers.

Yup, Lucas Arts forced them to release before the game was actually done. It's such a shame, you can see how the game was probably going to be better than the first if only it was given enough time to cook.

KotOR 2 absolutely has random loot, I don't recall how it's generated but it is random. It may be once you visit a planet the loot is determined or once you first start your game, I really don't recall. It absolutely has random loot though.

This is why I dislike random loot. You see it in Skyrim as well. Yeah, a master locked chest has better odds of awesome stuff in it than a random crap chest but it's not impossible to find a master locked chest with 100 gold in it.

Sometimes you just need to discover the right kind of alcohol, as I mentioned earlier? Cider gets me drunk fast, don't know why but it does. Maybe the sugar in it is to blame.

The rare times I'm drunk I'm pretty much just a happy drunk. Fairly high functional unless I've been doing shots or drinking cider (don't know why cider affects me as much as it does) but nowhere stupid enough to drive, regardless of how sober you seem? You still have reduced reaction times.
