Its not buggy as hell. They made a mistake by not testing a minor patch throughly enough and they very quickly fixed it and apologized. Youre greatly overblowing it.

They did fix it quickly which was nice. It's not something that should ever happen with a game that was in early access for three years and is supposed to be officially released now, though.

We're within centuries of it. If it takes longer than the current age of the universe and no one has developed it, that assumes we will likely be the first to develop it based on where we're at now. It would also imply that we happen to be the most evolutionarily optimized species in the universe for developing space travel, which is incredibly unlikely.

That's not what happens in the game, and that would be physically impossible. The two entities are physically separate and not the same consciousness. In the game, the clone doesn't realize he's the clone, and in fact the game shows two versions that exist at the same time and clearly have separate consciousness.

Playing the beta branch, I think one of my favorite new additions is the upgraded versions of gear you can find, but you can't retrieve them.

1: There is one for not using the main attack for 28 minutes.
2: Nope, just 1.
3: That event isn't random. There are trails of blood leading to two of those areas, and if you get the item for doing both, then the stage boss will have its health cut in half at the beginning of the fight.
4: It is early access. The beta branch has a new level and character you can test out now too.
5: Shield maiden's shield attack is based on weapon attack as far as I know.

I read there were major rewrites well into the show's development so it's no wonder it's a mess.
